sir,
i am a fresher, 3 yr BA passed graduate from India. i would like to get H1B visa. if i pass associate degree or 1 year diploma in computer networking from usa, will it fulfill the 16 years education requirement or not? please response.

An assocaite degree can add an year which will then make 16 years of education to pursue Masters but it has to be completd in India.
