  • sir, i am SUSHMA & i am doing my final year BCA in bangalore. My aggregate is approximately 70%(first four semesters included). Which course has more weightage in career prospects? is it Master's of information technology or Master's in Human Resources? Which would give a better starting salary pay after their courses? Also what would be the highest post that a person with capabilities go to... in IT field or in Human resources after the respective course completion? Thank u.

MBA in Information technology would be slightly better considering education background in computer application, future scope, raise in job. Students with MBA in IT can rise upto top level like CEO of the company.

MBA (HR) students can also rise to top levels like Senior managers and CEO depending upon there job performance.
