Most of the institutes specify minimum marks eligibility in graduation for admission to MBA programs.
For Post Graduate Diploma in Management from New Delhi Institute of Management, has specified 50 % marks in graduation as minimum eligibility for admission.
A low percentage in graduation may effect job prospects, however ultimately employers test your knowledge and skills. If you posses adequate knowledge and skills you might not find difficulty in securing jobs. You can look for M.Com after MBA if desired. Instead of looking into too many courses it would be wise to concentrate on one course and do your best in that.
