Distance MBA: Potential advantage of online degree is time and location flexibility. The method removes all the barriers pertaining to physical presence, time and geographical location. There are some advantages and disadvantages linked to both full time and distance. Distance learning removes physical barrier but lacks group discussion, classmates, oral communication and visual contact. Campus recruitment is available for full time MBA students while campus recruitment is not available to students pursuing distance education. There are no deadlines in distance education and the student tends to linger on and the course keeps on going till years which is not in the case for regular full time MBA.
