Thank You very much for Your valuable Suggestion Sir. I would like to know if this Student and Student -Dependent visa is a risky process like applying for H1 Visa or is it okay? Are there good number of chances for getting the Visa? I havent heard anyone going on for Student and Student Dependent Visa. I am a bit worried about this one. Kindly let Me know if this is risky or good enough to get the Visa for the above situation Sir.The main thing is I must go only if My Husband accompanies Me for security reasons Sir.

Procedure for getting a student and student dependent visa is different from the H1. Chances of getting a student and student dependent visa becomes more fair if you have complete documents and clears the interview. Please note that you both have to under go visa interview process.

Thank You very much for the reply Sir. I would also like to know if My Husband can do MBA if He is coming on Student dependent Visa. Can He do a part-time job in case He doesnt get a full-time job there? Is there any time like 6 months to wait in order to do MBA or a part-time job if He is coming on Student dependent Visa? Also, can You help us know if We must give any marriage Certificate as proof for the Embassy? Kindly tell us what else documents and certificates are required for applying a Student Dependent Visa please.

Sir, I have a problem for which I would like to have Your suggestion. I got married in the year 2007, Feb. 3rd. I went to the UK in Aug,2007. along with college as a part of Industrial tour on Visiting Visa. (My Husband didnot accompany Me then). But, unknowingly, I filled My status in the Visa form as Single. Now, I would like to go to UK for studies along with My husband. He would be accompanying on Student Dependent Visa. So, how can this problem be solved? Do I have to change My name in the passport and also my Status? Also, we didnot yet take any Marriage Registration Certificate. Will it be a problem now for the contradicting statement that I was not married while going to UK in Aug but say that I am now married for going along with my Husband now? Kindly, let e know the way to solve this problem Sir.
