MBBS of India will not be recognised in Australia until and unless you get yourself registered with the Australian Medical Council (AMC). You can't practise until and unless you have cleared your AMC. As far as Pediatrics is concerned you will not get a exact course in Masters of Pediatrics but you will definitely get medicine and courses like MDS and all. For any clinical course at a masters level you will have to get registered first or else you will not be able to practise it.
