what is a good score (toefl ibt) for applying in a gud canadian and australian university for science and engg. bach. degree????

Australian Universities and colleges doesn't accept TOEFL score whereas TOEFL score is acceptable for admission in a university or college in Canada. A band score of 90 out 120 is considered as a good score for admission in US, UK and Canadian institutes.
