what is a good score (toefl ibt) for applying in a gud canadian and australian university for science and engg. bach. degree????

For applying to a good Canadian and Australian university for science and engineering bachelors degree you shold have a score (TOEFL IBT)of 102 and above out of 120. But, the universities in Australia prefer IELTS score.
