For entry into the full-time Melbourne MBA Program candidates must have:
• completed a three or four year undergraduate degree at a recognized tertiary institution. The program does not require candidates to have studied commerce or business at undergraduate level. Professional qualifications are not an adequate substitute for an undergraduate degree
• a minimum of two years full-time post-graduation work experience. This experience need not have been at managerial level but must have been completed as at least two consecutive years of full-time employment
• a Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) score. The School will not waive the GMAT requirement in any circumstance. For more information about the GMAT visit www.mba.com
• a good command of English. If undergraduate study was not in English, students are required to submit an IELTS score, with a minimum requirement of 6.5 or TOEFL score with a minimum requirement of 610. In addition to ensuring that non-native English speakers can cope with the language demands of the MBA, an IELTS score is now a mandatory requirement for many candidates seeking to study in Australia on a Student Visa. The School is unable to waive this language requirement in any circumstances
As you have got the Diploma only so it won’t be possible for you to get into MBA in MBS.
You can apply for Bachelors course in University of Melbourne and look for credits exemptions on your previous qualification. It may happen that Uni. Melbourne gives you 1.5 – 2 yrs credit exemptions and you get straight admission in final year of Bachelors and after that apply for MBA in MBS.
