Why Do Companies Prefer MBAs?

They basically look for leadership qualities, ability to analyse and strategise, and strong communication skills. And all these traits they can expect to find in an MBA graduate. Are You a Good MBA candidate? Analyse Yourself

Choosing a career and planning for it is a crucial decision. One is required to first assess himself or herself and then make careful career choice or decision. You must take time to reflect on your experiences, abilities and ambitions. If you want to do an MBA, how will it help you, what will you gain from it and what are your career ambitions whether they will be met etc are some questions you should ask yourself before pursuing an MBA. This will help you to be in a better position to understand the opportunities, your strengths and weaknesses. Also collect enough knowledge about college and course you are applying.

Life of an MBA Graduate

Although a lucrative career lies ahead, but a life of an MBA graduate especially during initial years of career is very demanding and hectic. This is mainly because of the high performance pressure. The business matters often require sensitive decisions, policy making and responsibility of the team and often the company as a whole which leads to a lot of physical and mental stress. But then there is no gain without pain. A fruitful career of an MBA graduate requires ability to perform well even under pressure.
