Academy of Art University (Campus)
Academy of Art University is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. San Francisco is an eclectic, artistic city and the urban campus inspires students with its unique blend of architecture, cultural diversity, technology and topography. With over 30 buildings located throughout the city from Fisherman’s Wharf to Nob Hill, the Academy’s ample shuttle system easily transports students to any location. The Academy’s close proximity to significant industry giants like Pixar, Industrial Light and Magic and many prominent Internet companies gives students an edge with easy to access internships and jobs. The city is the audience for students’ work at the Epidemic Film Festival, the Spring Fashion Show and the Spring Show, often launching their accomplishments into the international spotlight.
The Academy offers both Undergraduate and Graduate tours, focusing on the students’ specific area of interest.
The Academy offer tours 52 weeks a year and six days a week.

About Campus Housing: - Housing is guaranteed for all full-time students.
- Both graduate and undergraduate housing facilities are available.
- Free Academy shuttle service is provided to take students to all campus locations.
- All facilities are wireless-connected and have high-speed, free Internet access.
- Furnished or unfurnished accommodations are available.
- All campus housing buildings are located in prime areas of San Francisco, with most facilities located downtown, close to campus academic buildings.
- Singles, doubles, and multiple roommate accommodations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- On-campus dining facilities and meal plans are available.
- Some amenities of campus housing include: a fully equipped student gym, swimming pool, and recreational areas in most buildings, with big-screen TV's, pool tables, video game consoles, and so much more. Basic amenities such as utilities and laundry rooms are also provided.
