Established in 1997, Air Hostess Academy (AHA) is the pioneer institute in India to train students as air hostesses, flight stewards and airport ground staff. Now it has evolved to provide complete HR and corporate training solutions to the entire customer service industry including aviation, hospitality and BPO industries. AHA has been awarded ‘Education Training Ratna’ by the Governor of Maharashtra, India and the Golden Peacock National Training Award 2005 by the Chief Minister of Delhi.

AHA has 33 branches running in several cities of India with seven branches in Delhi, three in NCR region with one each in Faridabad, Gurgaon and Noida, one branch each in Agra, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Guwahati, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Ludhiana, three in Mumbai, one in Nagpur, two in Pune and one each in Raipur, Siliguri and Vadodara.

Soon, Air Hostess Academy will be offering study abroad options to its students. It boasts of a strong placement record in the last decade with maximum campus recruitments as many of its students were absorbed by leading customer service organisations, renowned groups of hotels and international airlines. It is solely due to the efforts taken by AHA to keep tab of the current and upcoming changes and needs of the industry and adapt its courses according to their manpower requirements.

AHA is the first Aviation & Hospitality school to affiliate with the University of Cambridge International Examinations in UK for its course and provide diploma courses in the sector. It offers airport and in-flight exposure with leading airlines, foreign language curriculum, lifetime placement assistance and boasts of ISO 9001:2000 certification.

AHA is aiming to have as many as 50 centers in prime locations of major Indian cities. The expansion plan includes cities such as Bhopal, Cochin, Coimbatore, Goa, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nasik and Ranchi. Air Hostess Academy also intends to opens its frachisees in China, Egypt, Kuwait, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Thailand and the UAE.

Air Hostess Academy (Main Campus)

Presently, Air Hostess Academy has 33 branches located in 25 major Indian cities. All of them are located in easily accessible locations and are well-equipped with modern facilities and amenities necessary to train students in courses designed specifically to cater to aviation, hotel, hospitality and tourism industries.

With its corporate office in Delhi, AHA offers its franchisee only to Indian investors who have at least 4000 sq ft of space in a prime location in their city and a good capacity to keep up to the institute’s standards in terms of infrastructure, faculty and academic quality. It is also planning to set up franchisees abroad, where the campus space has to be at least 7000 to 8000 sq ft of space in a prime location and investment capacity of at least 3 million dollars, to ensure that its overseas students get the best learning experience at AHA.

With an excellent placement track record, more than 3000 AHA alumni are working with reputed names in aviation sector, hotel chains and customer service organizations, such as Qatar Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines, Taj Palace Hotel, ITC Maurya Sheraton and Hyatt Regency.
