Admission calendar
The academic calendar is divided into two semesters of about 100 working days
each. First semester is conducted from August to December and second semester is
conducted from January to May. At the end of each semester, an examination is
conducted by the University. The programs are taught in English and each
semester covers 6 to 8 streams.

Eligibility criteria
Admission to LL.B(H) programme is through GGSIP's Common Entrance Test (CET)
and applicants to the program must have achieved at least 50% aggregate marks in
Class XII of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi or an
equivalent examination with English as one of the compulsory subjects. CET
comprises:
- English Language and Comprehension
- General Knowledge
- Legal Aptitude
- Reasoning
