The Hospitality Training Centers are a modern facility for Commercial Cookery
and Patisserie hospitality students including a fully operational restaurant
style kitchen, bar service area and a seated service area. The Centre is
equipped with modern facilities including Combi Oven and stainless steel
benches. Small class sizes provide students with the opportunity of hands-on
cooking experience, under the guidance of highly skilled and qualified trainers.
The Air-conditioning Workshop at the campus is a modern facility providing
students with the facilities for highly specialised training in air conditioning

The Main Campus is well serviced by public transport. It is close to Flinders
Street Train Station. Public transport in Melbourne is efficient and relatively
inexpensive. Trams, trains and buses interconnect all over the CBD and suburbs.
