The graduates of the Diploma in Culinary Arts Management can join second year of the Foundation Degree in Food & Culinary Arts directly of the University of Brighton, UK. The course can then be extended to complete the BA (Hons) degree in Food & Culinary Arts, then to the Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management and finally, MA in Culinary Arts program of the Brighton University.

The students of this program learn the basic culinary terminology and processes, understand nutrition value and health implications of food and get trained in maintaining international standards of food production. The career options open to the graduates of the program include hotels, hospitals, fast food business, airline catering, industrial production and restaurants. However, students may have to prepare, serve and sample dishes containing ingredients such as pork and dairy products.
