An interdisciplinary program, Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS in Chemical Engineering) uses the principles of engineering science in the fields of chemistry, mathematics, physics and biology. It trains students to effectively use computer tools for the development and commercialization of new products and techniques in process systems engineering. Its graduates are trained in problem solving and are exposed to a significant number of electives to broaden their understanding. With close industry links, the program provides various opportunities to its students, such as earning an integrated masters degree, participate in undergraduate research projects and study abroad programs and do internships.
