CHM provides the latest information technology equipments so as to enable its student to use technology and learning resources. The lecture halls at CHM are fully equipped with latest teaching aids - white boards, over head projectors and audio video tapes. Students receive hands-on experience on various applications utilizing industry software like Fedelio and Shaw man.

CHM offers residential facilities for students. It has separate hostel for girls and boys. They are provided with several facilities that enhance their living experience, including a recreational centre. The library has a large collection of books by Indian and foreign authors covering several disciplines including food and beverage production modern cookery, cost management, waiters and front office guides.

Training is imparted with modern techniques of cooking and presentation, with great emphasis on hygiene and nutrition. The training restaurants enable students to learn various aspects of Food & Beverage service in a practical situation.
