Founded in 1865 the Cornell University has been described as a revolutionarily egalitarian and practical vision of higher education. The University comprises of fourteen colleges and schools. The University is organized into seven undergraduate colleges and seven graduate divisions, each defining its own academic programs in near autonomy. Founded in 1887 Cornell Law School combines inspired teaching with cutting-edge scholarship in a close-knit and collegial intellectual community. Cornell Law School’s mission has been international in scope and purpose. School graduates are trained to succeed in a rapidly evolving trans-national environment. The Law Library is open 24/7 exclusively to law students, making it accessible whenever needed for studying, writing papers, or working on journal articles. The library spans seven floors and includes both group study areas and individual carrels, all with wireless access, to support the academic success of our law students.
