Course Name:Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) Course Description:The emphasis of Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) course is on software with a technological bias. Students develop a high level of understanding of computer systems as a whole and the processes involved in both software and hardware construction and analysis. They write software and learn methods for analyzing and solving problems and the fundamentals underlying the development of computer systems. Software design and algorithm analysis are covered while exploring the fields of artificial intelligence, computer communications, systems programming and computer graphics. Strong emphasis is placed on mathematics in this course. Students learn C++ and Java from their first year, and Linux and Object Oriented skills throughout the course.
