Located in the suburbs of Los Altos Hills, California, Foothill College annually enrolls 1,000 international students.

De Anza College was founded in the year 1967. Currently, it enrolls almost 22,000 students and offers 60 Associate Degree Programs, and 125 Certificate Programs. With a transfer rate of almost 1,800 students, the College offers a suite of popular majors that include Automotive Technology, Technical Communications, Child Development, Accounting, Computer Applications and Office Systems, Manufacturing and Design Technology, Film/Television, Business, Graphic Design, Animation, Nursing, Environmental Studies, Paralegal Studies, and Intercultural Studies.

The College has a faculty strength of more than 900 members (full time and part time). Its average class size is 35. De Enza College also offers adult weekend workshops, noncredit classes and summer programs for children.

The Foothill-De Anza Community College District also has the provision of a Facilities, Operations and Construction Management organization which offers repair and maintenance services to Foothill and De Enza Colleges. In addition to this, Foothill College is also entitled to grounds maintenance and custodial services. Both the Colleges are recognised by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
