This double-degree Master program in Global Media and Communication is carried out in joint collaboration between Fudan University and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). It is managed by the School of Journalism at Fudan and the Department of Media and Communication at the LSE. First year of the course is undertaken at LSE and the second year at Fudan.

Master of LSE (M.Sc) and the Master of Fudan (MA) is ideal for not just students but also media professionals who have appropriate hands-on experience in media as well as interest in Chinese culture and journalism. After the successful completion of this program, candidates will gain an insight to media and communications, a thorough comprehension of the western context and contemporary developments from a global perspective of media and communications in China.
 

Media and Related Courses

Candidates are granted admission jointly by LSE and the Fudan University. However, candidates are required to send the applications directly to the LSE.

Aspiring applicants should have a background in social science. A degree in another area along with relevant professional media experience is also acceptable.
