HAN University is ranked among the top three universities of applied science in the Netherlands. This full-time B.Sc Life Sciences course is taught at the Institute of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen.

Biology and Applied Biology

In order to be eligible to apply for the Bachelor of Life Sciences program, candidates should hold a certificate at higher secondary level with science related subjects such as International Baccalaureate, Higher General Secondary Education (nature & technique or nature & health), General Certificate of Secondary Education (GSE-A level) and so on.

Besides this, students should have an IELTS score of minimum 6.0 or a TOEFL score of minimum 550 in a paper-based examination or 80 in Internet-based examination. Candidates will also have to go through a round of interview with an English teacher, who will test their proficiency in English communication.

Students who have completed large tracks of laboratory education may be directly enrolled in the final 3 years of this program.
