This one year residential program is targeted at executives with potential for top management positions with emphasis on developing team-building, communication and leadership skills. It is a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and case discussions, which equip future managers to develop a deep understanding of required skills and their application. Debates and interactive discussions are an integral part of IIMC’s pedagogy.

Course delivery is through an appropriate mix of classroom lectures, case studies, individual and team assignments. The program is delivered by IIMC faculty along with international faculty of repute. Participants are required to undertake an international project and an associated study tour to one or two foreign countries for a period of three weeks which is facilitated by the Institute.
