IIT's two years M.Tech in Computer Applications is based in Mathematics Department and is run in cooperation with the department of Computer Science and Engineering and the department of Electrical Engineering. Other participating Departments are Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, CARE & CAS.

Computer Applications

The eligibility requirement for the M.Tech.course in Process Engineering and Design is B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent with very high GATE score and : (a) CGPA of 8.5 or 75% marks in aggregate for general category; or (b) CGPA of 7.5 or 70% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category.
