La Trobe University

The course is only offered at the Albury-Wodonga campus. The course provides professional training in all aspects of hospitality management and is designed to meet the needs of the Australian and international hospitality industries. Students study a range of hospitality, business and management units. Parts of the hospitality units are taken in block modes at the University's Professional Development and Conference Center at nearby Beechworth. The degree also requires successful completion of 550 hours of industry placement.
