The MDI campus is spread over 37 acres in Gurgaon. Located strategically, the campus is easily accessible from all over Delhi and Gurgaon. Set amidst lush green grass fields in sylvan surroundings, the institute provides a highly conducive environment for studies. The entire complex consists of air-conditioned lecture halls, syndicate rooms, faculty and administrative blocks, a state-of-the-art computer center, and one of the best management libraries. There is a fine executive hostel, which has reception halls, air-conditioned dining halls; air-conditioned and fully furnished residences for participants with all the modern amenities.
There are facilities for lawn tennis, badminton and yoga classes. Besides, there is a T.V. lounge, a T.T. room, a gymnasium, a recreation room and a canteen. Facilities like ISD / STD, telephone, fax, and Internet are also available on the campus. The Institute library holds a rich collection of printed, as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visual materials, CDs, e-journals, annual reports of top companies, case studies, conference proceedings and training manuals. The print collection includes over 56,000 volumes predominantly related to management and allied subjects. The library subscribes to 325 print journals and provides access to over 8,000 e-journals through various databases.
Cutting-edge technologies are used to offer MDI academic community access to up-to-date, relevant business and management information available on their desktops. An e-library is accessible across the campus network. MDI has state of art computing facilities. The leading ERP software BAAN IV under collaboration programme, is installed and being used for teaching purpose. The component based ERP software IFS has also been installed for teaching and research purpose. Application softwares like MS Project, Primavera, Success Planned, Oracle 8i, SPSS, SQL Server, Rationale Suite Enterprise are extensively used. Facilities for printing include high speed Laser JET Network Printers. The campus wide 100 MBPS network, with optical fiber backbone and structured cabling provides intranet as well as internet connectivity between and /to all computers with faculty, students, PGPM/NMP academic block, administration, hostel rooms and faculty residence.
