This full-time, 10 month course is targeted at mid-career executives and trains leaders for the changing global business environment. Completion of the course leads to a degree in Master of Science in Management.

Stanford Sloan fellows are expected to complete a series of core courses specifically designed for this program. They will also be expected to pick electives from the specialised courses offered. In addition to this, Sloan Fellows have to undertake study trips and international field trip during the quarter break and the months of June and July respectively.

Those keen to follow a specific independent research topic may substitute a project for one elective course under the guidance of a faculty member whose expertise and interests match the project.
