Sterling College has form strategic partnerships with some of the leading Australian universities such as Australian Catholic University (ACU), La Trobe University, Central Queensland University (CQU), University of Southern Queensland (USQ) and Curtin University of Technology (CUT). The courses are offered in the disciplines of Business, Commercial Cookery, Community Welfare Work, Financial Services (Accounting), Hospitality, Information Technology, Tourism and Patisserie.
