The commercial cookery and patisserie staff of the college are selected professionals with expertise in their facilities. The College offers top commercial kitchen facilities in Sydney, are made up of stainless steel and very hygienic. The course offers excellent work-placement facilities. The assistance is provided to the students applying for trade recognition.
There are variety of cafes, restaurants and stores near the College to allow lunch breaks.
The course includes about 400 hours of practical training and College has four commercial kitchens that students can choose from. The Diploma of Hospitality
Management students also study general business skills such as marketing, human resource and financial management.
Students may move on to join the position of qualified chef with certain managerial duties and responsibilities in catering, hotel or restaurant facilities. The course is endorsed by Australian National Training Authority (ANTA), recognized by the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and is accredited by NSW Vocational Education & Training Accreditation Board (VETAB).
