Course Description

Our Wine Tourism course provides skills in promoting and selling wine and spirits to customers, conducting winery tours and serving food & beverages. The Grape Growing course teaches you all about grape growing - including operating vineyard equipment, irrigation, soil conditions, vine training & pruning and food quality & safety practices. The colleges have vineyards on campus and work in partnership with local wineries to ensure the students are provided with extensive practical training, experience and exposure to all areas of the wine industry.
