Course Description
:UEI has developed international standard air hostess training programme to groom individuals to provide superior service to the aviation industry in India and abroad. The In-Flight program has been launched in collaboration with CIAS, Singapore (Changi International Airport Services), a globally recognized name in Airport Handling Services. UEI Global has been officially appointed as an Authorized Training Organisation for CIAS, Singapore in India. The curriculum has been jointly developed to bring about the best practices of International Airlines to India. On completion of the course, a Joint Certificate of CIAS and UEI Global is awarded.
In the cabin crew program, the following skills are taught:- Knowledge on the technical and practical aspect of an aircraft
- Duties of cabin crew
- Develop a professional and well groomed image
- Good communication to exude confidence in dealing with passengers.
- Enlightenment and importance of customer service.
