My brother has started working from past one and half year only. What should I do if he does not have ITRs available for 2 years which is a requirement for applying for student visa to the United States?

In this case you can show his Employment Appointment letter, Form 16 for 1 year and last 6 months? Salary slips which has been issued to him by his Company where he is currently working.
