Answer 1: You have very good GRE score. Please clear your backlogs and get the Degree; that should be your first priority. You can apply for a provisional admission at this stage on the basis of your GRE score and subjects you have cleared so far. Also write TOEFL and score 90 minimum. Once you clear your back logs and get the degree in hand than submit the same to the university for final admission and I-20 form.
