Answer 1: Your academic qualification is already fulfilling the criteria. Most of the good universities are looking at 6 to 6.5 bands in IELTS so your IELTS score is acceptable. There are some universities looking for professional experience. But Dekin, Latrobe, RMIT and Griffith are not asking for professional experience for MBA. Intakes are July and February.
