Answer 1: Fall intake starts in August and September. There is no July intake. The deadlines for the Universities fall between October until March next year. For exact deadlines you need to visit University website and find it at the relevant department or graduate School. If you plan for Fall 2009 intake then you should be taking GRE [1] and TOEFL [2] by August/September So that you have your scores before the deadlines.
