HI!!! i am currently in third yr computer engg. from Mumbai university..As far as the placements are concerned ..its most of the IT firms that recruit engineers..and the work that they are given is normally that of a software developer.(basically coding)..i aint much interested in coding ..it seems i may not like the kind of job..(coz i dont like coding) I have plans for doing an mba..so wud it be better if i directly apply for an mba after the engg. or is a work experience required..and if yes..will the work experience in the IT firms be useful..and if no will it affect in any way in future...secondly after an mba if i manage to get a non IT job ..will my engg. degree count??? THanku

Answer 1: If You don't want to join any job after your B.Tech program and you are interested to continue your further studies then you can join MBA. MBA with Engineering degree is very good combination. Work experience is not essential to join MBA program. After MBA course you will get the job according to your stream in MBA program.
